All Aspects Landscaping Seaford

Landscaping a lovely townhouse near the beach. This landscaping job was for a young family looking to upgrade.

Seaford landscape

Seaford is a suburb of Melbourne’s Southeast. Seaford falls between Frankston and Bayside, with the beach only minutes away! The landscaping job we have recently successfully finished was on a property right next to the water in this charming community that offers both high-rise apartments as well as family homes. This landscaping job was for a young family looking to upgrade. They had just had a new baby, and had outgrown their two-bedroom townhouse. Before putting their home up for sale they decided to get the front entrance garden landscaped.

When we first arrived, the garden was an overgrown bushland, which was difficult to maintain. Now it looks clean and organised.

Irrigation

No irrigation system was needed for this job, as it was such a small space. Especially as we installed instant turf.

Path, garden beds, instant turf, and planting.

Instant Turf

Synthetic turf doesn’t need; mowing, harsh chemicals such as fertilizers, and is drought resistant. So is the perfect solution for some.

About the Seaford garden

We recently landscaped a lovely little front yard in the seaside suburb of Seaford, Victoria, a picturesque beach town on Australia’s southern coast. Is home to some of the most untouched beaches and natural beauty in the region.

This landscaping job was for a young family. They were in their first home, which was a townhouse, and were now looking to upgrade. They had just had a new baby, and had outgrown their two bedroom townhouse. But before putting their home up for sale they decided to get the front entrance garden landscaped. They knew this would increase their home value, as a landscaped front yard can.

There was a bush in the front left corner of their house which we removed to make way for the new landscaping. We then went on top to create a bluestone paving path that would guide you up to the front door and create a lovely entrance for guests.

The owners could see the value in giving their garden a facelift. The front entrance to their home is often judged by its curb appeal, and they needed to give it an upgrade. This is the space that is seen while an auction is taking place.

We also made a feature of the white and grey pebbles, surrounding the pavers. They are large enough to not get lost in turf.

Firstly there were a few trees and turf that needed to be removed in the left corner of their property. We then leveled out the whole front yard.

We created an open plan design with low-maintenance shrubs. We chose plants such as dwarf lavender, acmena smithii, and Citrus.

The bluestone pavers were surrounded by grey and white pebbles. Their front fence had a similar color scheme, so it all tied in together well.

The garden beds were made with Merbau edging, providing the perfect finishing touch. The plants featured in these gardens include Dwarf lavender, acmena smithii, and Citrus for a beautiful display of color.

They knew they wanted a low-maintenance lawn, and the synthetic turf fulfilled these needs.

Synthetic turf has many advantages. Synthetic turf is a product that provides the perfect solution for families who are looking for a safe and cost-effective alternative to natural grass.

Synthetic turf is also perfect for pet lovers since it is designed not to absorb any smells, making this product ideal for homes with dogs or cats. In addition, it is made from a thick pile that wears incredibly well which makes the job of keeping up with the lawn far easier than natural grass.

The clients were very happy with their new front garden landscaping in Seaford.

The owners were really happy with how this Seaford landscape turned out, we took time to make sure everything was perfect before finishing off.

We know this investment added value to the sale of their property.
